LO4 - Evaluation

Production Process

The principal thing we made in a gathering was dole out showing with regards to parts to every individual in the gathering. The occupation parts included things, for example, the arranging in pre creation, shooting itself and after that altering in after generation. Inside pre generation, there were occupations, for example, call sheets, recce sheets, hazard appraisals and storyboards and so on. Everybody required with the creation assumed the liability for one of these pre generation arranging materials keeping in mind the end goal to share the work load. The parts accessible when shooting were camera administrator, lighting administrator, set fashioner and script author. My own part was chiefly to be in charge of the arranging of the scene, and in addition acting and joining in each shooting session. My obligations included recording the scences and ensuring that shooting was done effectively. My obligations likewise included guaranteeing that different colleagues completed any printed material and arrangement required before the shooting date.

Key Decisions

The key choices made amid the arranging of the TV scene were the area and throwing. While shooting we needed to settle on outfits so as to fit in with the character profiles and the class of the scene. At the point when altering there were key choices including what clasps ought to be utilized as a part of what request and how we could demonstrate the class of the scene using the title arrangement.

Changes

All through the recording, different components should have been changed, for example, the lighting utilized. This was chiefly an issue when taping the clasps for the title succession as we had some issues with the lights and the green screen. We likewise needed to roll out some area improvements when taping because of unique thoughts not having the capacity to be completed. This made us need to change the structure of that scene somewhat yet we as a whole pulled together to make it work. We likewise had issues with the sound as when we came to alter we saw that there appeared to be a significant terrible murmur all through and some parts were calmer than others. Individuals inside the gathering then utilized Adobe Audition as a part of request to amend the sound as well as can be expected.

Quality

As already expressed, the nature of the sound at first wasn't great which brought about individuals from the gathering chipping away at Adobe Audition to improve it. We guaranteed that the main cameras we utilized were the 4k or the Sony HD's so as to get the most ideal visual quality with the hardware we had. On most of the recording sessions, we had a 3 camera set up with a specific end goal to get every persons point of view, likewise this spares time as it means we just need to gone through the scene a couple times as opposed to changing the camera positions and re-shooting constantly.

Examination

Our unique aims reflected the result of the system generally as we anticipated. In any case, it took a couple re-movies to accomplish the item we expected to make. The script and storyboard both took after the finished item, with a couple of minor modification because of entanglements when recording, and I feel that the scene is to an exclusive requirement and searches proficient for TV.

Target Audience

The on-screen characters attempted their best to adhere to their character profiles and attempted to include emphasizes where conceivable so as to stay inside the dominatingly Yorkshire target crowd. Additionally the topics exhibited all through the scene and the way they are displayed cause it to be reasonable for the more youthful lady target group of onlookers that we initially had. Additionally, we believed that the utilization of the area of the nail bar would claim more to our intended interest group as it was an appropriate nail bar, in this way looking more reasonable. The show will be broadcast in the late night, after the watershed along these lines implying that the script needed to agree to that.

Regions for Improvement

I feel that if we somehow happened to make another scene, we would need to guarantee that camera quality was to the best standard, particularly with regards to sound as we had many issues in after generation. I believe that the qualities from making this item have been the association and the accompanying the thoughts from pre generation unmistakably keeping in mind the end goal to make an exclusive requirement creation. We as a whole cooperated to make the last item and I trust it has been exceptionally effective in general. We have put numerous hours into altering the scenes to guarantee that they have wound up being of high caliber and take after the nonexclusive traditions of a TV appear. I feel that the principle shortcoming has been the sound quality and guaranteeing every area has the same levels. However since utilizing Adobe Audition, this issue has been overcome.

LO3 - Offline Edit

Evaluation:
The first shot used within this offline edit will probably need to be changed due to it being shaky and of of general low quality. The clips used in the nail bar scene are all usuable, but it might be good to add some more to vary the shot type. Also, there are points in the nail bar, as well as other parts of the episode, where the audio will need some work due to it being too loud/quiet. When it comes to the scene between Hannah and Matt, the clips are generally in the correct place, we were thinking that we would add an effect to the clips and a transition between scenes in order to signify the flashback. The same would be applied to the scene with Bella and George as that is also a flashback. When Matt punches Reece, we will need to dub the sound and add a punch sound effect in order to make it more realistic. The overall feel of this offline edit is what we are wanting to achieve in the final episode, there are just some editing techniques that need to be added and some clips that may need to be swapped round.

LO2 - Pass Criteria

  ah1-

This is a mid shot/close up of George and his reaction of finding out 'Amy' is pregnant. This clip is good as the camera is set up well and the lighting is appropriate in order to convey his emotion. We ensured there was no background noise in order to make the scene as dramatic as possible-therefore this clip is definitely fit to use in the final product.

ah4-
This is a mid close up of George and Bella acting as Amy as Ryan. It is the moment when Amy tells Ryan she is pregant. I think the positioning of the camera in this clip is very effective as we can see the reaction of both people. The lighting is also good therefore meaning that this clip can definitely be used.

ah7-
This clip is another shot of just George. The positioning and lighting is all good up until the end as George's head gets cut off when he stands up straight. Therefore this means that the start of this clip would be fine to use but the end wouldn't due to the camera positioning.

ah5-
This is a mid close up of Bella and George side profile. The lighting is slightly dark but I think that is appropriate for the content of the scene as it is quite tense. The positioning of the camera is fine as well as they are both in shot and can see their reactions clearly. The end of this clip is unusable as George hits the other camera so the filming had to stop.

ah2-
This is a clip of George coming through the kitchen door. The lighting is slightly too low and the camera positioning isn't quite right in order to capture the feeling of the scene. This clip could still be used but there are others that would be more suitable.

ah3-
This clip is a mid close up of George. The lighting and camera work is suitable for the content as it is the most tense part of the scene, therefore darker and closer footage is more suitable.

ah6-
This clip is similar to ah3. The positioning is slightly better as there is no window in the background of the shot. The lighting is again very suitable for the context of the scene, and this clip could definitely be used in the final product.
